SEDi is focused upon providing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) within communities which sets the standard for the creation of emotionally safe environments, and how to support the building of emotionally resilient adults, young people and children.

The SEDi learning and development infrastructure deploys different methodologies for front-line learning, such as training workshops, conferences and events, e-learning programs, best practice techniques and ideas sharing. This is all focused on enabling an individual to improve and have effective professional development which makes an impact.

In 2016 we joined forces with Highfield to formally establish our ground-breaking SEDS Qualification, which now sets a rigorous international standard for those seeking to specialise in Social Emotional Development Practice.

We have established TWO Approved Centre within the Highfield international network.

Our learning and development is quality assured and managed from these UK and UAE centres, to provide a specialist range of CPD within the many communities we support. This Enables organisations to engage in CPD which directly relates to creating emotionally safety environments, and the building of emotional resilience in adults, young people and children.

Our Community Learning allows individuals to continually ‘up skill’ or ‘re-skill’ themselves in very specialist areas, regardless of occupation, role, age or educational level. We are committed to ensuring that all professionals and volunteers we support do not see their skills become out-dated or obsolete.
