We recognise the need to ensure that community learning & development is a flexible as can be.

The SEDi community has a full support for learning & development, provided digitally and locally. All FIVE learning zones operate as support environments, which can be reached via mobile device and locally.

We want the SEDi community to learn when they can…. even on the move!

Digital: we have a powerful online world which hosts FIVE learning zones, each provides regular Videos, Webcasts and Podcasts. Our experts share their latest thinking, answer questions and build powerful learning materials. All available via a mobile device!

We’re Local: we support learning through a global footprint, local activities support our SEDi community. Local Delivery Partners ensure local events support learning and development, and even bring-in our learning zone experts to meet everyone.

A Global Support Footprint

Since 2012 we’ve been putting in place a local presence within Africa, the Middle East, Europe and Asia. We provide powerful “in-community” activities which support how our members learn and develop. 

Our support is indigenous through key regional offices, we connect deep into communities by deliberately opening-up trust-based networks and creating key community partnerships – which enable us to reach even the remotest area within a country.

Within countries, our partnership networks help us to create Local Delivery Partnership (LDP) relationships, specifically creating powerful local expertise and a delivery support which ensures we reach people in local languages and adapt to the full extent of the community’s circumstances.

Digital Infrastructure

The world revolves around Video, Social Media and Instant Messaging. So, we’ve created a fantastic digital structure through which we deliver learning & development resources to our members.

Each learning zone utilises a range of FOUR channels to help members learn on the move, helping us reach them and provide the resources and support they need to build awareness and capability:

Video Channel

We know the world loves to watch videos to learn! So, we’ve created a Video Channel within each learning zone, loaded with great interviews, thought-provoking insights and learning aides. This is a great way to better understand subjects and follow favourite experts.

Podcast Channel

Listening when travelling or when relaxing is a great way to learn! We’ve created a Podcast Channel within each learning zone as a support for those who like to listen and learn. This is loaded with great interviews, thought-provoking insights and learning aides for you to access when you feel like learning.

Webcast Channel

Virtual and live learn is the future! We’ve created virtual classrooms into each learning zone. Our Webcast Channel brings together learners with experts, via a virtual classroom session. We’ve even ensured that missing a session is not an issue, with a “catch-up” facility.

Online Learning Channel

Good courses help create a solid and validated capability! We’ve created an Online Learning Channel within each of our FIVE dedicated learning zones, to host and manage all aspects of our accredited and regulated professional development pathways, to ultimately establish tangible capability.
