Building Awareness & Capability Inside Communities

We’ve recognised a capability gap within sectors and communities around the world, this is affecting how work, community and domestic environments thrive.

It’s a capability gap in the ability to guide the creation of emotionally safe environments within which people can flourish, and to establish self-awareness and skills which builds emotional resilience.

To resolve this issue, SEDi is the world’s first single environment to roll-out quality assured learning & development across the areas of: Emotional Intelligence, Mindfulness, Social Emotional Learning, Trauma and Autism.

Within each of our FIVE learning zones, we’ve created learning & development Pathways, which set-out: clear Learning Objectives, have clear Learning Enablers, meet Learning Outcomes with clear Assessment Criteria for learners to meet.

Learning & Development Pathways

Each learning zone provides 3 progressive Pathways for members to charter:

  • Pathway 1: every member is supported to create a basic subject matter understanding, utilising video and audio resources within the learning zone. To complete the Pathway, a learner must obtain an endorsed Certificate of Professional Awareness to progress onto;
  • Pathway 2: the practical, modulated professional development units within the learning zone, build the depth of learning and development. This is progression onto a much more advanced capability, is achieved through guided and independent learning. Upon successful completion of each module, learners build units towards accredited certification (which also count as units of Recognised Prior Learning (RPL) toward post graduate development);
  • Pathway 3: each learning zone ultimately provides a regulated qualification to enable members to evidence a Specialism. This learning and development pathway is assignment based, leading into a qualification issued through independent and regulated qualification frameworks.
